I completed my Ph.D. in Statistics at Montana State University in August 2004. My dissertation is entitled "Robust Methods for Multivariate Linear Models with Spectral Models for Scatter Matrices".
The purpose of this website is to share educational materials with my students here at BYU-Hawaii. I've been doing this for over 16 years here!
My research interests (when I have time!) include Multivariate Statistics, the R statistical software package, Linear Algebra (and Linear Models in Statistics). I also enjoy programming and trying to make my life a bit easier with computers. The most important part of my life is my wife and my seven kids! Without them, I would not be the person I am today.
In addition, I use ANDI, a product from the Social Security Administration to help with maintaining accessibility of websites. See ANDI for more information about this tool.
